What The Former Minister of Information (Mustapha Hameed), Jay Foley, KKD, And Many More Are Saying About The Upcoming Ghana Event Awards

This year's Ghana event Awards has amassed huge traction as the D-day keeps draws closer. The official nominees for this year's edition will be unveiled this Saturday at the Suzuki CFAO grounds in Accra. 

The Ghana Event Awards which has gradually grown to become a  household name in the celebration of events in the country, is a scheme set to push the limits of event organizing in the country.

This year's edition is already causing huge excitements to a lot of people and some cannot keep their cool. 

Here are some views shared by some key personalities.

1. Mustapha Hammid (Former Minister for Information)

The concept of Ghana Events Awards is laudable and worthy of everyone's support. He made this remark when the C.E.O of Ghana Events Awards called on him at his outfit.

2. Jay Foley

Jay Foley who was a key stakeholder in the previous edition also revealed that the award scheme has empowered event organizers to heighten the level of satisfaction dished out to event audiences.

3. Kwesi Kyei Darkwa

Kwesi Kyei Darkwa known in showbiz circles shared his views about the awards scheme and expressed his support for this year's edition. He said 'I like this idea because it promotes tourism ad culture and will always want to be a part of this initiative'.

4. Ameyaw Debrah 

Popular blogger and online influencer - Ameyaw Debrah, also says "It is always a great idea to award those who give us great events".

5. Shatta Wale 

Shatta Wale endorsed this year's edition of the Ghana Event Awards saying "I have worked very hard and deserve to win this year too". The SM boss (Shatta Wale) won the best event set-up at the previous edition for his critically acclaimed 'After the storm' concert.

6. Mr K. Soboh (EMY Awards)  

Mr Daniel Kojo Soboh, C.E.O won the best emerging event with his EMY Awards in 2016. He has expressed his expectation for a better and bigger celebration this year.

There are a lot more people sharing diverse views about the forthcoming Ghana Event Awards and contributing immensely. The official nominee launch comes off this Saturday at the Suzuki CFAO  in Accra, close to Silver Star Towers - Airport area.
