For the clubs at the apex of the league table, glory beckons whilst those languishing at the rear have all to play for this weekend. 
With over 75% of the games exhausted, All Stars sit on top of the league ladder with just a point between them and second placed Aduana Stars who are on 44 points.
15th placed Inter Allies will host 16th placed New Edubiase at the Tema Stadium. Hearts of Oak will seek to revive their chances of winning the league when they travel to play Bechem United. Asante Kotoko will battle it out with Chelsea in Kumasi with defending league champions also playing as hosts to Hasaacas at Obuasi. 
Aduana Stars meanwhile will make the trip to Sogakope to play WAFA. Techiman City will also welcome Liberty with Dreams travelling up north to face All Stars at Wa. Medeama and Dwarfs will also see battle.

Here are 13 things worth knowing about the league ahead of the games;

1. 409 goals have been scored in the 206 games played so far.Aduana Stars' Yahaya Mohammed leads the goalscorers chart with 14 goals.
2. 147 wins have been recorded out of the 206 games played. 118 of the wins have been recorded by sides playing at home with 58 of the 206 also ending in draws.

3. Match-day 6 recorded the most goals, 25, with match-day 19 recording the least, 10.

4. Medeama SC has two outstanding games to play. They currently lie 8th on 34 points. Their last win came in the league when they defeated Liberty by a lone goal at Tarkwa on 20th July.

5. Asante Kotoko has conceded 7 goals at home all season. 3 of which have been conceded in the first half.

6. Yahaya Mohammed, the leading goalscorer has netted a brace on three occasions. The league's highest. Latif Blessing (Liberty), Ibrahim Musah( Hearts) and Saddick Adams( Chelsea) follow suit with double braces each.

7. Amos Frimpong of Asante Kotoko has scored six goals from the penalty spot this season. 8 goals in all.

8. Bechem United have won all their last three league games. The last time they won three on the trot was in the 2013/14 season. From Round 16-18 when they defeated King Faisal, Ashgold and Liberty. 

9. Of their last 19 league games, 9 have ended in one all draws for Hearts of Oak 

10. Most home draws, Ashantigold and Inter Allies, 6 each. 
      Most home loss, Liberty and New Edubiase, 4 each.

11. New Edubiase United have scored 11 and conceded 11 in 13 home games this season. Surprisingly, Hearts have managed to score just a goal more and conceded a goal less. Scored 12 and conceded 10.

12. In their previous three league meeting with WAFA, Aduana Stars have managed to score at least a goal be it home or away.

13. Dwarfs have lost 2 now this season in 13 home games. They lost 4 out of 15 in the 2013/14 season and just 1 in the 2012/13 season.
