ROPAPA MENSAH SCORES AS NASHVILLE SC WINS IN USL

On loan Ghana Premier League side, Inter Allies' forward, Ropapa Mensah marked his 9th USL start with a goal against Atlanta United 2 for Nashville SC. 3 points bagged but that makes it 5 points from the last 5 games. 


The 21 year old was on hand to set the tone for his sides away win when he found the back of the net on the 7th minute. He got the caution card on the 50th minute for his efforts. The predator got substituted a minute after Hume got Nashville's second goal. 

The forward spent the 2017 season on loan at Penn FC where he scored 7 times and assisted 2 more. In 2018, he has managed 5 goals and 4 assists thus far with 2 of the goals and 2 assists being registered in 13 substitute appearances.

With a postseason berth in the MLS secured, Mensah will likely extend his stay in Tennessee. Nashville next takes on New York Red Bull 2 on Saturday as the season gradually comes to a close.
